Our Power Distribution systems
We make power distribution systems tailored to your specification. Our design process is simple and straightforward. We go through your requirement together with you and design a proposal for your DC Power distribution system.
Our products are ready-to-install modules tailored to your specific need. Our systems typically include interfacing to batteries, inverters, chargers, bow-thrusters and other large loads in DC systems.
We integrate correctly dimensioned isolation switches, main fuses, breakers and contactors into fully enclosed, good looking modules which house all the internal connections.
We are also planning to launch our simpler systems as standard products, which will be distributed through our webshop and distributors to our main markets. We will launch these during Q2 / 2026.
Our products are fully modular and expandable. The simpler end of what we deliver might be a single module with a 400A isolation switch, a Victron smart shunt, battery main fuse, battery connections and 1-4 pairs of fused connectors for loads. This type of system packs the entire powerdistribution system for the large loads of a smaller boat or RV with a battery, inverter charger, alternator and solar charger into a single plastic enclosure.
At the other end we can create a system from the same components with multiple Lithium battery banks with remote operated main switching, multiple voltage levels and batteries, electric propulsion, multiple inverters & chargers and DC-DC converters.
The modules we use to create our systems:
Battery interface modules
We provide battery interface modules with either single or dual pole isolation switch. We use BEP 770 series switches for battery isolation. In addition to the isolation switch a J class / BEV high interrupt capacity main fuse for the battery can be included In the same enclosure. If battery monitoring is needed a Victron Smart shunt can be included in the battery interface module. Remote switching setup is possible.
Output modules
Output modules are intended to connect your system loads to power. Your system might have inverters, chargers, solar charge controllers, fuse boxes etc. A single module provides two spaces each for DC rated dual pole Miniature Circuit breakers. We can link multiple output modules to a system as needed in your system design. For your output modules we configure correct fuse sizes as per your need. We have 2 pole miniature circuit brakers available in sizes 10A, 16A, 25A, 32A, 40A, 50A, 63A, 80A, 100A, 125A. There are also 4pole fuses connected into parallel to form a 160A, 200A and 250A. These take up both spaces of the output module.
An output module, or any other SimplyDC module, is electrically connected to the battery interfaces either by an interlink (modules next to one another) or by cable connection (modules connected by cables)
SWITCH and Contactor MODULES
Our system provides possibility for 3 internal busbars, two positive and one negative. The reason we have two positive busbars integrated is to enable creating a separately switched on part within the system. We can provide a switch module, which enables to switch on/off the second positive busbar. This feature is useful when creating home / away circuits to your system configuration. A remote switching module is also possible. With this you could have your chargers, pumps and battery live, while your hotel load would be switched off while you are gone from your boat or RV.
We provide contactor modules either with a single contactor or dual 350A STSP contactors to switch on and off loads in your system. Typical applications include for example bow-thruster and windlass control as well as combining two battery circuits into a single circuit for emergency use etc.
Installation Surfaces and Cable management products
We offer our modules standard 10mm thick HDPE plastic plates with pre-drilled holes to create an install surface for our modules. These enable you to prepare your installs into a complete unit and proceed to install it as a single unit.
We offer hook and loop cable management products integrated to our systems. The hook and loop cable management products provide strain relief and clean install. They are designed and manufactured in Germany by Hebotec GmbH.
